Here at Shipping Containers UK Limited, we want you to know that you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, and you don’t even need to provide a reason.

You have until 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To cancel your order, simply let us know your decision with a clear statement.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund you within 30 days using the same payment method you used for your order, and you won’t incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

To make sure the goods are eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. You bought the goods within the last 30 days.
  2. The goods are in their original packaging.

Please note that certain goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, such as perishable items or those with expired dates.
  • Goods that can’t be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if they’ve been unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that have become inseparable from other items due to their nature after delivery.

We retain the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions, at our discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and safety of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to avoid any issues with damaged or lost goods during the return. We can only issue a refund once we’ve received the goods or have proof of the returned delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when you purchased them and were sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once we receive the returned product, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process the refund directly to the gift giver.
